成日聽人講:「食飽包食飽!」去茶樓有蓮蓉飽,快餐店有漢堡飽,麵飽店有菠蘿飽~ 今日我就去食「fusion飽」~呢間✨小包包✨係中環開業一段日子,今次同朋友過嚟體驗下佢既Holiday Set先!▪️Appetizers 🔹Turkey Croquettes 呢個係聖誕限定既炸火雞肉醬球,香脆外層,一咬開是熱辣辣香濃醬汁好惹味!小心唔好辣親~ 配合芥末醬有另一番風味。🔹Seaweed Poppers在傳統手打墨丸上外加紫菜炸脆,香酥彈牙,配合黑蒜醬更滋味~🔹LB Caesar豆豉鯪魚同Caesar就食得多,mix 埋原來又可以好match! 鯪魚脆脆取代了傳統脆煙肉的鹹香~🔹Truffle Fries除左黑松露醬,仲有中式香菇醬,惹味濃郁!酸味大根減輕油膩感。▪️Baos呢度嘅Baos採用中式包,蒸完會好軟熟,但係耐咗就會濕笠笠,呢度會將包蒸完再烤,咁就唔會有呢個問題出現啦~🔹Xmas Duck Bao聖誕主題Bao~ 特地用上嫩滑鴨腿肉,經慢煮後更入味,加上配菜及小紅莓醬,酸酸甜甜中和鴨肉膩感,唔知點解就似片皮鴨嘅變奏版咁呢!🔹Pork Belly Bao熱賣item之一! 厚切腩肉經過慢煮再煎香,肥瘦均勻、入口甘香軟腍~ 有d似拉麵上面嘅火炙叉燒,配合大蔥紫蘇葉等沙律、芝蔴醬等,呢個中日fusion我都好鍾意!▪️dessert 🔹PB & J Gelato Bao🔹Salted Ice Cream Bao估唔到連甜品都係飽,不過呢個就好似就好似炸饅頭咁,中間夾住雪糕同醬汁~食落較light的strawberry gelato 加heavy邪惡花生醬脆脆,好味又特別!另一款鹽味雪糕加焦糖,又係一定唔會輸既perfect match😜▪️drinks🔹Punch Sai Gua 以西瓜作基調~ fresh得嚟帶淡淡酒味~ 坊間少見~ 🔹Yuzu Maple Soda酸酸甜甜柚子味,加上楓糖,應該好多女仔會鍾意~

聖誕假期套餐 $596Xmas Holidays Menu for 2包括四款小食、兩個包、兩個甜品同飲品, 可以加錢upgrade mocktail/cocktail小食可以揀四款,紫菜炸墨魚脆脆、聖誕火雞肉醬、墨西哥炸蝦雲吞、黑松露薯條。紫菜炸墨魚脆脆Seaweed Poppers墨魚丸彈牙, 外層包裹炸紫菜再炸, 好香脆. 配左黑蒜醬個味比較subtle聖誕火雞肉醬Turkey Croquettes都係波shaped, 外皮炸至金黃香脆香, 入面係好creamy 火雞肉醬, 加左鼠尾草同百里香就更香墨西哥炸蝦雲吞Shrimp TacosTaco 但係dumplings 嘅樣🤣 都係炸得香脆, 入包左好彈牙蝦肉. 加咗四川菠蘿salsa、牛油果醬🥑黑松露薯條Truffle Fries好大份😳 上面係魯香菇肉醬同truffle mayo 同pickles.解膩, 估唔到個味都夾. 不過加左topping 薯條就腍左Pork Belly Baosignature 梗係要試. 小包包蒸完好軟熟, 夾住Pork belly 慢煮勁軟腍入味, 加左Hoisan ketchup 同大蔥紫蘇葉salad 減低左油膩感, 好食~XMAS Duck BaoXmas limited edition🎄slow-cooked鴨肉好軟腍入味, 加左dijon mustard,特別欣賞仲有夾果肉嘅cranberry jam , 酸酸甜甜令味道更富層次PB & K Gelato Bao +$25Xmas edition. 用油炸嘅包夾strawberry gelato 同peanut butter crisp. 相信不少愛好美食的人對Little Bao都不陌生,因為在2017年此店除了擠身亞洲五十大餐廳外🌟主廚May Chow更成為亞洲最佳女主廚,從此聲名大噪👩🍳Little Bao最大特色就是創意漢堡🍔從麵包、配料到主料都選用中西合璧方式,帶來與眾不同的美食體驗,不止主食,就連甜品也是漢堡,絕對是全包宴🍞餐廳位於善慶街,有著不少特色酒吧餐廳的樓梯街🕋店子看似不大,卻在美食的道路上得到中外認同,殊不簡單,正值聖誕節,門口有一棵閃爍著粉紅燈光的聖誕樹🎄十分醒目易認店內有大約十個板前位置,已經包圍了水吧同廚房,可以對各種料理過程都一覽無遺😍另外亦有2張4人檯方便小團體聚會聖誕二人餐|$596包括有頭盤、主菜包包、甜品同埋飲品,頭盤同主菜都有近十個選擇,以一家小店來說算相當多款式🥗頭盤紫菜炸墨魚脆脆是將手打墨魚丸的外層沾滿紫菜碎,在彈牙口感上增添脆口🦑點上特配的黑蒜醬會多了一陣酸甜味,頗為特別墨西哥炸蝦雲吞是Nachos的變奏版,外形比較像餃子,上面的莎莎醬採用菠蘿和花椒調味,口感香中帶甜,雲吞的蝦肉爽彈😋咸度和醬很匹配聖誕火雞肉可樂餅將火雞肉絞碎加上忌廉,肉餡味道還有百里香和鼠尾草,配上芥末千島醬,不過味道稍淡🙈未算很驚豔黑松露薯條最為出色‼️以往品嘗的黑松露薯條總是被黑松露味獨大,吃多了就覺得膩,這款卻用上素肉香菇煮成祕醬先放上去,再混和日式醃漬蘿蔔加點酸意,味道上是真正中西合璧😍🍔主菜包包香酥鴨包是聖誕新出的口味🦆鴨肉也處理得相當軟爛,和包包入口一咬就開,醬汁在包上是酸甜紅莓醬🍓在肉上的是類似沙爹醬,味道較濃魯肉包最巧妙的是肉餡也是在薯條topping一樣用了素肉做成台式魯肉,好有台灣風味,好好食🥰🍦甜品經過油炸晾油的小包如同炸饅頭般🤣中間夾著鹽味雪糕配焦糖,將咸甜口味突出,另一款gelato是士多啤梨口味再加上花生醬,有點小小脆粒🥜兩者味道超夾,花生醬好濃郁,好正💯🍾Cocktail🍹Bao Cha Hey Bao主要由Fernet Hunter、芒果、烏龍茶同芝士奶蓋製成,幾易入口😌少飲酒既朋友都可以試下呢杯

小包包有好多bao款,仲有甜品bao,小食等等。我地喺order左個$596嘅二人set,包4款appetisers, 2款baos, 2款desserts,仲有野飲,幾豐富架!!臨近聖誕仲有d聖誕特別款,就係menu上紅色字果d我地坐吧枱可以直擊小包包嘅製作~Appetisers首先有黑松露薯條,好特別架除左有黑松露醬,仲真係有菇,同埋有醃蘿白絲,建議一定要撈均先食!另一碟就係蝦tacos、紫菜炸墨魚脆脆、turkey croquettes。炸物係超級酥脆香口,完全唔會油淋淋👍包款揀左Xmas Duck Bao 同Angus Beef Bao, 好有中西合壁feel,皆因個包係用上中式蒸包架!安格斯牛果然係juicy,車打芝士亦都夠多😍鴨果款好特別地加左小紅莓醬舖底,覺得好夾好好食!甜品bao好的骰好吸引🤩食落係炸曼頭嘅包,最外層帶微脆微暖,中間夾住嘅分別係strawberry gelato, 同salted caramel ice cream! 鹹甜交融嘅salted caramel同特別地加左花生醬脆脆嘅strawberry gelato, 兩款都唔錯Cocktail幾大杯,左邊係Kyoho G&T, 帶點提子味,仲有串冰提子架。右邊係Sakura Breeze, 顏色好靚,飲落帶lemon味,好fresh!

上次黎食已經係8年前🫣,今次黎又係安排我地坐同一坐置,好有緣。本身諗住散叫,竟然咁快就有聖誕set,仲要唔算貴!前菜可以揀4款🎄火雞可樂餅 黑松露薯條四川炸三黃雞脆脆墨魚丸全部都係炸物🫣,薯條配個魯菇好惹味😋,墨魚脆脆都係必點,外面層紫菜好正!主食🎄XMAS DUCK BAOANGUS BEEF BAOBAO採用較中式既包,配鴨髀幾夾,好似北京填鴨既食法。安格斯牛肉包個醬幾惹味,另外佢地既芝士唔係就咁夾係包入面,而係同塊漢堡一齊煎,帶半溶既口感。甜品MATCHA ICE CREAM BAO🎄PB & J GELATO BAO絕對不能錯過既甜品!炸饅頭中間夾住厚雪糕💜,一冷一熱,抹茶雪糕相當濃,另一款士多啤梨GELATO配花生醬脆脆,層次同口感都好豐富。飲品點左2杯比較清新既mocktailYUZU MAPLE SODA MANGO GEEEN TEA 成餐飯都播住聖誕歌,聖誕雖然未到但呢餐飯已經好有氣氛💚!
