Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chinese New Year Delicacies at “Sumptuous Seafood Feast” Buffet

Happy New Year! The Astor presents a new Sumptuous Seafood Feast, featuring delicious gourmet dishes from all around the world made with seasonal ingredients, including an unlimited seafood station with oysters, Boston lobster, tiger prawns and more, as well as creative and unique dishes like Crispy Pork Bao, Rendang Porchetta, Teriyaki Roast Australian Beef Ribeye, freshly delivered sashimi, Peking Duck, Hainan Chicken Rice, Honey-glazed Char Siu and over 10 flavors of Mövenpick ice cream.
During Chinese New Year (22–29 Jan), The Astor will be serving festive specials like Shaoxing Drunken Chicken Roll, Braised Duck Feet with Sliced Abalone in Oyster Sauce, Braised E-fu Noodle with Crab and Shrimp, Dried Oyster and Black Moss and the auspicious Lobster and Salmon Roe Prosperity Toss (also known as Lo Hei). On the 22 to 25 of January, there will even be Double Boiled Soup with Cordyceps and Black Chicken for the perfect family gathering.
Finish the meal with our Chocolate Bombshell, which is a hearty, golden chocolate egg filled with candy, and don't forget to pack your plate with our generous dessert selection!

逸東酒店旗下普慶餐廳的自助餐向來好評,上個月去左食聖誕大餐,成人每位$658加一,真係幾多野食,服務唔錯,仲有攤位遊戲玩。餐廳食物區域分佈在不同位置,樓梯入口位有聖誕火雞、燒牛肉及豬腩卷,燒牛肉幾好食,夠腍。旁邊有素食區,不同食材以烤為主,不過我就無食到;再旁邊有牛面脥,龍蝦汁意大利飯都唔錯。升降機旁的是回本海鮮吧,生蠔、龍蝦、麵包蟹、翡翠螺等等,職員會將生蠔沖水再給客人,算是肥美;而麵包蟹蓋亦有好多膏!轉角有芝士、火腿等冷盤前菜,比較吸引我的是醃三文魚。另一區是日式料理區,有刺身,壽司和卷物,以及較少見的串燒及天婦羅,仲有不同口味的鹽,不過我夾左兩次天婦羅都係凍既,明明賣點係即炸,只怪我唔啱時候。東南亞美食有泰式火山排骨,印度咖喱,即煮粉麵,蟲草海鮮粥和點心等等選擇。但這區最吸引我的是熔岩芝士,自行選取食材例如西蘭花,麵包,火腿等,再望住職員一層熱溶芝士淋在面頭,極之邪惡!另一邊盡頭是中菜區,燒味就一般,不過有片皮鴨,羊腩煲,中湯都唔錯,最正係原條蒸魚!好滑溜!餐廳中央是甜品區!除了朱古力樹頭蛋糕,還有多款聖誕造型糕點,曲奇及水果。重點是有12款口味的MÖVENPICK雪糕,配可麗餅,香蕉船,窩夫都好正!每位客人有張飲品卷及遊戲卷,飲杯黑牛都係用MÖVENPICK雪糕!攤位遊戲則是二選一,幸運輪或歡樂卡,有朋友抽中二獎(樓上Food Court$50現金券),亦見到有人轉到大獎(免費Buffet!!!)有段小插曲是安排入座時,我的座位有個阿婆坐低食緊,原來阿婆唔知屋企人用咩名訂位同人數,之後職員即時將枱上所有餐具換過以及消毒,處理得幾迅速。

呢間性價比高又有節日氣氛既酒店自助餐🤩 呢度既食物選擇多, 有中式, 西式, 日式, 海鮮, 麵檔, 甜品😎咁多野食入面印象最深刻係個皮燒到好鬆脆既燒腩仔, 即叫即開既生蠔好鮮海水味好濃, 半邊凍龍蝦肉好彈牙, 新鮮炸既可樂餅, 大蔥雞肉串🍢 麵檔我就揀左菠菜麵, 魚片頭, 魚蛋, 芽菜, 超濃又夠辣既叻沙湯好好食🍜 日式既壽司比魚生好食, 款式絕對有驚喜😍 仲有即叫即整將芝士整融直接擺ham同麵包上面, 雖然好食, 但係最好攞一份share, 因為芝士會好快滯😊甜品款式相當蛋, 每樣都好好食, 最深刻係開心果慕絲布丁, 綠茶芝士蛋糕, 朱古力卷蛋, Crepes, 雪糕都有好多味揀, 我最鐘意檸檬青檸sorbet🍋 飲品方面每人都可以憑票去換一杯特飲, 有黑牛, Mulled Wine, Fruit Punch 等等☺️ 飲品都幾大杯mulled wine飲落暖笠笠玉桂味香, 不過酒精濃度都高😋如果想飲多啲既話可以加$90一位 Free Flow, 有Sparking, Red, White wine, beer, soft drinks, 我建議可以叫佢一次俾細杯啲, 如果唔係飲一杯都可能已經夠😅而家聖誕節會另外一個Price Menu, 同埋記得卜位, 我地星期四夜晚去都好full🙃 個人覺得呢度既價錢同食物質素係成正比唔會失望😚

食過金鐘的JW萬豪之後,就發現這兒的切牛肉其實比起那兒的差得多,雖然不算是難食,還是帶點粉紅有肉香的牛,不過JW那邊的做出色得多。而且,這邊的刺身款式不太多,只有三文魚、甜蝦等等,而且刺身師傅都相當傲慢,令到你不敢經常再去拿刺身。串燒嗰邊雖然牌子寫着有雞皮、雞腎、雞肉丸、雞屁股,我見到雞屁股當然非常開心,因為之前在台灣吃過的燒七里香,回味非常,但原來它每次也只是號稱有雞屁股,近期來了兩次都完全沒有。雞皮即使細細條夠脆,但燒了反而只脆不香,失望蠔,每每有人話不太好,但我都覺得夠大夠多肉,不過人少少都只能一次拿兩隻就未免太少只包一杯冷熱飲品,可樂反而不可,亦不可選MOCHA等,只得普通檸水檸茶咖啡奶茶,而且星期一至五還可以免費贈送啤酒次次覺得佢最出色就是汁醬夠多,只是肉旁都有這麽多醬/鹽/等等。

妹妹很早就預訂中秋普慶Tea步飛 ,誰知其友人放飛機,特地找我們頂上。聽說此一座難求,如今竟然有位,所以馬上答應。 在三點到達,店門已經大排長龍,又要do安心又要登記,準時三點三入座。 5人要屈於4人枱就座, 看來餐廳很受歡迎呢! 先看看有什麼好東西。 凍冰冰系列有水果沙律芝士盤,就是沒有凍海鮮及壽司. 熱食系列有烤肉檔麵檔粉麵飯,豬扒雞扒翼串燒煎炸焗咖哩SALAMI QUESADILLA 炸洋蔥漢堡包勁多款. 甜品水吧樣樣有, 飲品吧 果汁汽水茶啡皆備, 2款特飲很受歡迎. 很多客人在初段就來一杯特飲. 可是自己胃容量有限, 飲品對我來講是陷阱. 在自助餐前段, 肚子裝滿液體, 後段的胃口就會變小. 小妹妺一開始就食香蕉和普通的食材, 還有特飲. 在4款沙律中, 發現有COUSCOUS. 通常一碟COUSCOUS古斯米, 盛惠數十至一百個大洋一碟. 現在自助任食, 當然不能放過這個特色美食. COUSCOUS配提子, 清爽中帶甜, 很喜歡這味道. 雖然凍冰冰系列没有凍海鮮, 但熱盤中卻有香草蕃茄青口. 烤肉檔 不是肉眼或西冷, 而是肥瘦相間的烤牛腩. 牛腩肉有牛脂潤澤, 烤過後不鞋口, 加上是薄切, 肉質纖維夠短, 容易咀嚼. 因為容易咬, 可以嚐到肉味和油香, 很喜歡這烤牛腩. 台灣小食~刈包. 初期很受歡迎, 大排龍, 來到中段就不用排隊了. 原來醬燒豬腩肉刈包是梅菜扣肉配芫茜. 越式菠蘿鮮魚湯 這個湯很特別, 所以放棄煙肉粟米湯. 有魚肉, 鱸魚??? 秋葵, 蘿蔔, 檸檬草, 配銀芽, 微微的酸中帶著魚的鮮味, 很特別, 很開胃. 而妹妹取來的冬蔭公則以甜為主, 辣次之. 期間聽到響亮的鈴聲, 柚子火焰雪山開搶了! 看著職員對對雪山出動火槍, 威士紀, 水果, 朱古力, 粟米片, 餅乾碎, 然後到分件. 自己排第2位, 搶到邊邊位, 其實是勁多CREAM包著雪糕. 幸好只搶到一小角雪山, 還要為其他甜品預留位置. 小妹妹卻取來甜筒, 慢慢嘆! 來到最後, 自己對COUSCOUS念念不忘, 取來紅茶, 也要來一碟COUSCOUS做結.
